"Phil is just a fantastic trainer and person. His HIIT classes and PT sessions are always so well thought out and spot on. The workouts are super challenging but he is very focused on everyone so if you're new or beginning, he's there to guide you through modifications and your form. And he pushes you! Every workout I get to a point where I want to stop the reps. And I probably would if I was on my own. But he motivates you, encourages you to keep going. And it's such a fantastic feeling when you've finished it! He uses all types of equipment, weights, machines, body weight, TRX straps, sleds...you name it. I can't say enough positive things about Phil! Give him a try!"

"I have known Phil for many years and started training with him over the last few months (both 1-on-1 and group settings. 1-on-1: Phil is very determined to understand your goals/skills when it comes to your workouts and nutritional habits. He is also very good at level setting his expectations for you as a client to reach those goals. He monitors your nutrition through an app and checks in almost daily. Group setting: Phil is very attentive during 1-on-1 but I was very impressed with how he can control a large group. If you think you can slack on that last rep or last drive, you are quite literally sorely mistaken. I would recommend Phil yo any person who is trying to make a positive impact on their fitness/nutritional life. No matter if they are beginners or experts, Phil can help you out.
